Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery timescales

 

As well as providing high levels of service, we strive to ensure the quality of every piece of art we create. Production times may therefore vary but we aim to provide:

 

  • A low-resolution watermarked proof to customers within 10 days of the receipt of their order.

  • The finished digital file within 5 days of their approval of the proof / our receipt of requested changes from customers.

  • If a physical A2 print has also been purchased, this will follow within 7 working days directly from our print partner.

 

 

Delivery costs

 

We offer free shipping on all orders of A2 prints within the UK mainland. Naturally there's no delivery cost for the digital files.

 

Unfortunately, we can only offer shipping of physical prints to customers residing within the UK.

 

 

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

 

We want you to be happy with your order and we are determined to have each and every purchase result in a happy customer. Unfortunately, sometimes things go wrong.

 

When you place an order with Steel Mouse Designs, it’s not just a product that you are purchasing but a service – each and every artwork we create is individual and bespoke. We can’t sell anything we produce to anyone other than the person who specified and ordered it. This is why it’s so important that you provide us with as much detail about the subject car and the location and review and approve the proof we send you, checking you are happy with the design, composition, etc.

 

This means that if you wish to cancel after the creation of your order has begun, as per UK law we would be unable to offer a full refund, although a partial refund may be possible as follows:

  • Within 1 hour of placing your order - 100% refund

  • Prior to you receiving the proof - 25% refund

  • After you have approved the proof - Unfortunately, no refund can be offered after this stage. We may, at our discretion, look into other solutions, though

Should the physical A2 print you have ordered arrive damaged, you must notify us by email at support@steelmouse.com within 7 days of receipt and we will provide you details of how you may request a replacement. Please note this may include providing photographic evidence and a description of the damage, and returning the artwork. So we may verify the damage, any returned print must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
 

If more than 7 days have passed since you received your print, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement.
